Kim Lockhart is a strategic digital media leader with 10+ years experience developing products for global, industry-leading brands and building high-performance teams. She brings a deep knowledge of online, social and mobile product development to Hollywood Software, including website production and editorial/content development. Kim currently oversees the development and production of all Hollywood Software exhibitor software platforms.
Before joining the team in 2013, Kim was Director, Kids/Family Editorial & Programming for Disney Interactive Entertainment. While there, she orchestrated the launch of Disney’s YouTube network as part of multi-year partnership that involved the licensing and publishing of family-friendly content on the web. The channel hit more than 1 billion network views in 4 months. As Executive Producer of Disney.com, she also oversaw two full-site platform re-launches in two years. Kim has won numerous awards for her work in digital entertainment including a 2008 Emmy® for Outstanding Interactive Media Program/Non-Fiction for Disney Channel Games, 2004 Technology & Engineering Emmy® for Jetix Cards Live! Enhanced TV, two Webbys, an Interactive Media Award, and a Best of Show WebAward. She is also an accomplished entertainment writer and editor.
Kim is a Los Angeles Kings fanatic who’s been a season ticket holder since 1995. She is proud to have been there to see the team win both the 2012 and 2014 Stanley Cups. Kim lives in Los Angeles.
